Roles
For product managers
You're the person who most often creates iterations.
Your typical flow:
- Spot a change worth making.
- Create a new iteration. Write one line about what you want.
- Work through product questions until the spec is clear.
- Either generate a prototype yourself or hand off to a designer.
- Once the prototype matches your intent, move the iteration to Engineering and reassign to an engineer.
- Track progress in your inbox until it ships.
What changes for you:
- You don't write tickets. The iteration is the spec.
- You don't translate intent into a Figma mock. You describe the change and refine it on the live product.
- You stay in the loop after handoff. The activity log shows you everything that happens.
